William N. Frasch
William N. Frasch, President of Frawood Builders, LLC, is a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University with a BS degree in Aerospace Science & Business. He received his MBA from the University of Tennessee, Nashville, where he also was an instructor in Transportation and Marketing Management.
Bill and his wife, Sherry, have built more than two hundred custom homes in various Nashville communities. A Parade of Homes award winning builder, Bill believes that building a new home or remodeling is an exciting and rewarding experience where attention to details is standard.
Sherry, a graduate of the University of Tennessee, worked in computer operations for seventeen years before joining Frawood as a managing partner in 1993. Sherry’s father, Hubert Jones, Frawood’s first generation builder, served as a supervisor for Nashville’s Estes-Taylor, Inc., and shared his construction expertise and skills while working with Bill during Frawood’s early years.
In addition to accounting and information control, Sherry works closely with clients and suppliers in the selection of products to be used in their new homes and renovation projects. Her interior design experience and organization skills give the company an edge in helping to make the home building process run efficiently.

Tyler joins Frawood Builders as a third-generation home builder. A recent graduate of the University of Tennessee with a degree in Enterprise Management, Tyler was President of Phi Sigma Kappa Fraternity and worked on several homes for Knoxville Habitat for Humanity.
